One cabin is the sleeping cabin with a full bedroom and bathroom plus an additional loft with a queen upstairs. The second cabin is the kitchen cabin with laundry in the loft. The upstairs is accessed by a mechanical electric elevator! This cabin sits on a nearly level lot in Sky High Ranch just 5 minutes from the Bear Valley ski village. There is direct access into the forest from the subdivision for back-country skiing, trail bike riding, or snowmobiling. The area has many local lakes and the Stanislaus River nearby.
